Refund policy

RETURNS

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase!

You may return items for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You must submit your refund request via email within fourteen (14) calendar days of shipment delivery date (this will be based on the tracking information of the order). 
  • All items must be in transit back to our location within thirty (30) calendar days of shipment delivery date. Return shipment that does not begin transit during this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping charges on original purchase are non-refundable; Only the cost of the product(s) will be refunded.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

  • For unused products with unopened packaging, a refund will be issued at 100% of the item cost, less the cost for return shipping.
  • For products that have been opened from the original packaging (excluding the products below***), a refund will be issued at 100% of the item cost, less the cost for return shipping, as long as all returned items and packaging are included and in reasonable condition.

 
*** The Fest Earplug Earrings, The Fest Earplug Chain, The Fest Bucket Hat and The Fest Stash Earrings: Due to the nature of these products, health/hygiene/quality is our main concern. Used products are defined as any product that has a broken seal or appears to have been taken out of the packaging (even if it was used once and cleaned afterward). In this case, the refund amount will equal 75% of the item’s cost. If an item appears to be used/worn and is no longer sanitary (up to our discretion), no refund will be issued.

    • If any component of the product is missing, the refund amount will equal 50% of the item’s cost.

  Please include photos if necessary.

We will respond via email within 24-48 hours. Once your return is approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label to return your item(s). 

Refunds will be initiated once your return shipment has been delivered. Please allow up to 5 business days after receiving your item(s) for inspection and processing.

 

EXCHANGES

To exchange a product, follow these steps:

  Include the following:

  • Your name
  • Order #
  • Tthe reason for your return

  Please include photos if necessary.

 

Only unused products with unopened packaging will be eligible for exchange. 


Please allow up to 48 hours for response via email. Once your exchange request is accepted, a return shipping label will be created and sent to you. Once we receive your shipment containing the original product(s), your refund will be issued within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
     •   Please note, shipping charges from the original purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
