Returns and Exchanges


Here at The Fest Dressed, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase!

In the event you are not satisfied with our product, you may return them for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You must make your refund request within thirty (30) calendar days of the item's delivery (this will be based on the tracking information on the order). 
  • All items must be in transit back to our location within forty (40) calendar days from when the item was originally delivered. Items that do not begin their transit during this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable; only the cost of the product(s) will be refunded.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • We will refund 100% of the item(s) price for unused, unopened products, and products that were damaged during shipping.
  • Products that have been opened from the packaging can still be returned and refunded the full purchase price (excluding the products below) as long as all original items and packaging are included and in reasonable condition.
          *** Due to the nature of The Fest Earplugs, The Fest Bucket Hat, and The Fest Stash Earrings, (health/hygiene/quality is our main concern), used products are defined as any product that has a broken seal or appears to have been taken out of the packaging (even if it was used once and cleaned afterward). In this case, the refund amount will equal 80% of the item’s cost. If an item appears to be used/worn and is no longer sanitary (which is up to our discretion), no refund will be issued.
  • If any parts of the item(s) are missing, the refund amount will equal 50% of the item’s cost.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label to return your items. 

Refunds will be initiated once your shipment has been received by us. Please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing.



To exchange a product, follow these steps:

  Include your name, order #, and the reason for your exchange. Please include photos if necessary.

A return shipping label will be created for you to send your product back to us. Once we receive your shipment containing the original product(s), your refund will be issued within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
     •   Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.


In the meantime, please purchase the product in which you wish to exchange the original product with.
